to We offer a wide variety of quality hand carved oil-burning candles. Each is crafted of the finest waxes. Most have a figurine in them. All are original and copyright protected and are solely owned by Quail Hollow.
We specialize in wedding candles that come in several different styles and all are reusable with the oil insert or taper. Wedding candles come in white only.
Some of our different types of hand carved oil burning candles are anniversary, lighthouses, southwest, Americana, angels, religious, bears, animals, birds, butterflies and seasonal, just to name a few.
If you supply the figurine, we can create specialty candles such as John Deere, Harley Davidson, NASCAR and some sports.
In order for you to get many years of use out of your candles, the bulk of our carved candles have reusable oil burning lamps in them, but are also offered with a scented tea light or an electric light bulb.
We carry several lines of scented candles, too. There are different types such as regular jars, hand-packed parfait wax jars, wickless, cakes, muffins, loaves, breads, melts, and tins. Some of the larger cake candles have a silicone covered electric light bulb in them, instead of wicking, so that you can enjoy the scent without harming your candle.

Summer is popping up everywhere... All of the flowers are in full bloom at Quail Hollow, the kids are out of school for the summer, and the time is right for a road trip! River Cave Civil War Living History Weekend - July 19-20, 2008
Fire the Cannons & Rifles....Quail Hollow will be set up in Sutler's Court with our scented Confederate style candles made in period correct enamelware metal cups. There is sure to be fun for everyone with a live re-enactment with over 100 participants, live cannon fire, metal & wood workers, hot and fresh fry-bread, and more. Amish Country Happenings
Gate House Grand Re-opening... The Gate Houses at Schrock's Amish Farm is now officially open and running full steam ahead. We've got lots of great stuff this year. Come check out our daily live candle carving demonstrations. Click here for more information regarding this location.
For those of you that remember the petting barn... Schrock's Amish Farm has decided to tear down the petting barn and build a new flea market in its place. Plans call for over $1 million worth of construction for the flea market. Its going to be huge! It is anticipated the construction will be complete by Christmas 2008. Quail Hollow hopes to have a booth in the flea market once it opens. We'll keep you posted when it gets closer to the project being done.

Quail Hollow hits RFD-TV
Quail Hollow is proud to have been featured in an episode of "Kentucky Farm Bureau's Bluegrass and Backroads" on RFD-TV. Our episode recently re-aired on the west coast, and we've gotten a huge response.

Amish candies are back! We once again have handmade Amish chocolates and a new line of Amish hard tack candies. There's nothing like some homemade candies to bring back memories of the good old days! Weddings, Weddings, Weddings!
Wedding season is almost upon us! The closer it gets to June, the busier we will be carving wedding candles. Wedding candles will take longer to process for the next few months, due to the volume of orders coming in. Browse our selection now so you have plenty of time to decide what style unity or wedding party candles you would like for your special day.
Late Summer brides place your orders now! Wedding sets will be filled in the order they are received, so make sure you get your request in early. We are currently filling orders for weddings scheduled for July, August and September. Remember June is the height of wedding season, so we will be very busy trying to fill wedding orders, please get your order for your wedding candles in as early as possible! You must get your order in at least 30 days in advance if your wedding is in the months of June, July or August, in order to insure you receive your candles on time.
Our wedding candles are meant to last forever... They have oil lamps in them instead of wicks so you can enjoy them for years to come, not just on the wedding day. Each wedding candle is hand-carved to match your style of wedding exactly.
